SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS
Well yall aren't very nice.
http://www.phpgrid.com/grid/license.php
Although phpGrid does not have restriction on modifying the software by the end user, due to the nature of scripting language the source code of phpGrid is easily exposed to the end user, thereafter, PhoebeSoft Inc does not provide support of any sort if users have modified the source code of the software in any way.

It is not a matter of nice/very nice/unpleasant peoples.
By the way, I want to be clear: I'm not pointing at you in any way,
just puntualizing...
Posting the code on this site, although encoded, you distribute
it and doing this you are breaking the license you have to agree
with before downloading the software.
I'm wondering if it is the case of modify the post in order to prevent
problems to the site owner.
You can have the source code simply by paying an adeguate
(for the seller at least) license fee as clearly stated into
the download page.

I Wish these PHP decoding request threads could be removed straight away somehow. They are a real nuisance and they have absolutely nothing to do with refactoring anything anyway.

(Playing Devil's advocate, refactoring is suppose to make unreadable code more readable which is exactly what the OP is requesting. LOL!)
I agree with corto1. I, too, wish these PHP decoding request could be removed. Next thing you know somebody will be posting bytes streams, IL, or obfuscated code and request that they be disassembled and re-written as high level language source code.
Please help me decode my first php file.
